Zafririm Sports Center serves children, youth, and adults with special needs. The center operates as an independent center, three afternoons a week.
The center offers many activities such as basketball, soccer and hockey, dance, yoga, art, table tennis and boccia (Paralympic sports). In addition, the center operates a gym equipped for the normative population and dedicated equipment for people with special needs. Approximately 50 people with special needs participate regularly at the center.
The sports center was renovated and equipment for the users with special needs.
Renovation of Zafririm sports center was funded by the Ministry of Development of the Periphery, Negev, and Galilee.
The Zafririm Sports Center’s equipment was funded by the Fund for the Development of Services for the Disabled of the National Insurance Institute and the Municipality of Hadera.
