The Yoseftal Recreation Center is located in the heart of a neighborhood where most of its residents are Ethiopian immigrants. The center provides services to the neighborhood and its surroundings with activities for children, youth and adults throughout the week from the afternoon to late evening hours. It operates a youth club with a variety of activities to prevent loitering, violence, the use of dangerous substances, and more.
The Yoseftal Recreation Center was funded by the International Fellowship of Christian & Jews and the Hadera Municipality.
