The Ganei Alon Community Center, in Ganei Alon neighborhood, consists of mainly Ethiopian immigrants, was adopted by the US Raleigh Carry and Durham Chapel Hill communities. Over the years, these communities contributed a computer room, renovated and equipped the children's club, and the youth club, purchased board games and books, sports products, digital equipment and so forth.
In addition, these communities contributed to the establishment of a sports field near the community center. The field is accessible to the residents around the neighborhood and its surroundings. The field is also used for various gatherings and community events.
