Initiative led by the Welfare Department, the Education Division and Hadera Development Fund, based on a comprehensive intervention model for the advancement of Ethiopian youth at risk ages 12-18 and their families. The purpose of the program is to engage and strengthen the family and the community structure, thus, integrate the youth into normative frameworks. Each of the participating youth is provided with individual therapeutic intervention scheme. The focal emphasis on the families, enables them to better deal with adolescence and the challenges involved, thus, increasing parental support and interaction.
