The Better Together program is an initiative aimed to improve the social state of the children, youth and young adults living in culturally disadvantaged neighborhoods of low socio-economic backgrounds, utilizing community resources. The program seeks to bring about change through the community, its resources, and its leadership. It is based on establishing a multidisciplinary thinking and planning; building community infrastructure and residents leadership; developing solutions tailored to children, youth and youth at risk.
The Better Together program is jointly funded by JDC-Israel and the Hadera Municipality.
